Mobile Terms of Service

The Passport 2 Prosperity, Inc. mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Passport 2 Prosperity, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (“Passport 2 Prosperity,” “we,” or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these Mobile Terms of Service (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

1. Consent & Participation

By providing your mobile number and opting in to Passport 2 Prosperity’s SMS/text messaging Service, you give express written consent to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Passport 2 Prosperity, Inc., sent through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list.
Message types may include service-related alerts (e.g., donation receipts, raffle confirmations, program updates) and promotional/fundraising messages (e.g., donation appeals, special campaigns, event announcements, cart reminders).
Participation is voluntary, and consent is not a condition of purchase or donation.

2. Costs & Message Frequency

We do not charge for the Service, but message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary, up to 6 messages per month, depending on program activity and your engagement. You are responsible for any carrier charges.

3. Opt-Out & Help

To opt out, text STOP to +1 (866) 722-3394, or click the unsubscribe link (where available). You will receive a one-time confirmation and then no further SMS messages unless initiated by you.

If you subscribe to multiple Passport 2 Prosperity programs, you must opt out of each separately where applicable.

4. Service Changes

We may change any short code or phone number used for the Service. Messages sent to an outdated number/code may not be received; we are not responsible for honoring STOP/HELP requests sent to expired numbers.

5. Privacy & Data Use

We respect your privacy. Your phone number will be used only as described here and in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Disclaimers & Liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. To the extent permitted by law, Passport 2 Prosperity, Inc. is not liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery, or for any errors in information sent via the Service.

7. Eligibility

By subscribing, you confirm you are at least 13 years old (and if under 18, you have parent/guardian consent) and that you are providing a valid mobile number. If your number changes, please re-enroll,
