Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: July 1, 2025

1. Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  
  

• Employees, officers, and directors of Passport 2 Prosperity Inc. (“P2P Fundraise”), and their

  immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to enter.
  
  

• The raffle is void where prohibited by law.
  
  

2. Entry Method

• Entries are available through donations made via [p2pfundraise.org] or through P2P’s designated fundraising platforms (Squarespace, Stripe/Donorbox, and Klaviyo SMS flows).
  
  

  • Each donation at the designated raffle entry amount qualifies as one (1) entry. Multiple entries are permitted.
    
    

  • Entries must be received by [Entry Deadline – insert date].
    
    

3. Drawing Date & Process

• The raffle drawing will be conducted on or about [Insert Date].
  
  

• Winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a certified randomization method.
  
  

• The drawing will be conducted by P2P Fundraise staff or an independent third-party, whose decisions are final.
  
  

4. Prize Details

• Prize(s) will be described on the official campaign page, including approximate retail value (ARV).
  
  

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  
  

• P2P Fundraise reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
  
  

5. Winner Requirements

• The winner is responsible for confirming their win within 72 hours of the drawing by calling 404-806-0777.

• A valid government-issued ID is required to confirm eligibility and identity.

• A credit card authorization form must be submitted and kept on file to secure the stay and cover any incidental charges or damages.

6. Taxes & IRS Form 1099

• Winner(s) are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges associated with the prize.
  
  

• If the prize value exceeds $600, P2P Fundraise is required to issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner and report the value to the IRS.
  
  

• Winner(s) must complete and return all necessary tax documents before receiving their prize.
  
  

7. Publicity Release

• By accepting a prize, winner(s) consent to the use of their name, likeness, photograph, voice, and/or hometown for promotional purposes by P2P Fundraise, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  
  

8. General Conditions

• All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
  
  

• P2P Fundraise reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process, violating these Terms & Conditions, or acting in a disruptive manner.
  
  

• P2P Fundraise is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries; technical failures; or unauthorized human intervention.
  
  

9. Void Where Prohibited

• The raffle is void outside the United States and wherever prohibited by law.
  
  

• Entrants are responsible for ensuring their participation is lawful under their local laws.
